Welcome to the Village of St. Johnsville!

*Limited Office Hours*

The Village Office will be open for limited hours on the following days:
Thursday 8/27: 11am - 4pmMonday 8/31: 8am - 2pmTuesday 9/1: 8am - 2pm
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. *As a reminder, bill payments do not need to be made in person. Payments via check or money order can be mailed and payments can be made over the phone with a credit/debit card. We also have a locked dropbox between our front doors where payments can be left securely outside of our posted office hours. For any payments that are left in the dropbox, please write us a note if you would like a receipt mailed back to you. If you have any questions, please call the Village Office at 518-568-2221. Thank you.

*Reminder: Water/Sewer Bills are Due!*

Water shut offs are set to begin on Wednesday, September 9th. Any properties with unpaid water bills/past due balances will have their water shut off. If your water gets shut off, you will be charged a $75.00 Turn-On Fee that must be paid in addition to the FULL past due balance on your account to have your water turned back on. Door tags will be placed on properties with past due balances this week.
As always, you can pay by check, money order, or with a credit/debit card with an additional 1% card processing fee. If you would like to pay by card over the phone, you can do that as well. The Village Office is open Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm unless posted otherwise. The office is closed on Fridays. If you can't make it into the office during those hours, payments can be left in the locked black dropbox between the doors.
Payments must be received by 4pm on Tuesday September 8th in order to avoid the shut off. Don't wait to pay your bill.
If you have any questions, please call the office at 518-568-2221. Thank you.
